I finally made the switch to Android! I’ve begun to assimilate my life with the Googles. We are one now!
But I did have to make the switch a little earlier than planned, primarily because someone ate my phone. Seriously…Eddie ate my phone., so I went from the Blackberry Curve on the left, to the MyTouch 3G Slide on the right (good boy Eddie!)
It’s taking me a little while to get used to Android. The BB software was incredibly user friendly but the device was just too restrictive. This device (HTC MyTouch 3G Slide if your keeping track at home) blows the BB out of the water with functionality and the simply ability to view the web like a normal human being! The slide out QWERTY is nice for long emails or texts, but I find myself using the touch screen to type much more than I thought I would. So far no complaints…oh and it came with an 8G SD card !
